Easy to make spelt scones that are not-too-sweet and lovely for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Makes a nice quantity (6-8).

Delicious spelt muffins that are easy to make. You do have to follow the directions very carefully in this entire cookbook, but these are so good it's worth it. Perfect to eat all week for breakfast!
