Didn't do much for me. The white wine, garlic and herb liquor/sauce was similar in taste to the way mussels are often cooked, and I have to say would have worked better with mussels.

Sweet in a "sweet-shop" sort of way - I can't explain it any better than that. A lot of people will love this but it wasn't for me.

Quick, cheap and simple - unusual for this book! I serve this as a light summer dinner with crusty bread and tomatoes, with Parmesan on top (or similar hard cheese) instead of blue cheese. Superb.

Champ Potato Gnocchi with Broad Beans and Blue Cheese reviewed by moomin_mama

This recipe made a lot of gnocchi because I needed to use a lot more flour than the recipe stated. The spring onions were therefore slightly lost in the gnocchi and I'd add double. The finished meal is very rich so a little gnocchi goes a long way. Thankfully...
