A good basic curry. Could be done with other vegetables instead. I used Turkish ground bell peppers instead of the chillies to tone done the heat and make it more childproof. I thought the optional nuts didn't add much. I did make a very simple raita...

Waldorf salad. Of course that didn't get to be a classic without reason, and this salad is quite good. It just doesn't add anything to the concept.
