Hmm. Eaten cold, it was okay but slightly boring, eaten warm it was like a pizza with a not-so-good base. Not really recommended, then.

Very nice quiche, once you have a decent pastry... I liked the fact that you can use canned crabmeat. Of course fresh is always better, but canned can sometimes just be soo practical. We used fresh shrimps, but we might substitute them for either frozen...

What a disaster! The pastry was hard as if it were pasta dough; it was less than suggested (not a double recipe but just a single one), and when it was finally baking, the pastry actually shrunk, leaving behind gaping holes and hardly any border at all....
