Website: All RecipesVery nice hot cocoa recipe - simple and fairly quick (well, okay it does take 15 minutes or so to boil the cocoa powder and sugar mixture and heat it all once you add the milk). Not too rich, not too thin. I followed the suggestions of the other reviewers on All Recipes and reduced the sugar to about 1/2 cup and it was plenty sweet.
