About me: I live in Colorado and cook for my family; my husband, my 20-year-old daughter (who is in college), and my 18-year-old son (a VERY picky eater). I love cookbooks and have quite a collection but am always looking to add more. I have been known to take a cookbook to bed and read it before falling asleep. Lately, I have found myself getting a lot of recipes off the internet and not using my cookbooks much. I would like to change this. I am anxious for this site to take off (and it will) and for the volume of recipe reviews to grow. It is such a great idea!
Skillet Blueberry Cobbler from Weber's Real Grilling
Excellent. We did overcook it slightly on the grill but we just need to get better at grill baking! Served it to a group of 5 and everyone loved it. read more >

Pioneer Woman CooksI have been reading Ree and The Pioneer Woman Cooks for a few years now. She is one of my favorites (and I'm psyched for the movie). Her recipes are good down home recipes and her pictures! Her pictures are WONDERFUL! And how fun to see my favorite food bloggers visit each other. Several have been to 'the ranch' and it is doubly fun to read about their adventures.
