This is a great Bruschetta recipe. Simple and tasty - just like it should be. I make a few hours before I need and let it sit on the counter until I'm ready to use it. Perfect make ahead item.

Fruit Fondue with Orange Chocolate Sauce : page 111
Very good. Very easy. Do put the cream and chocolate in the pan at the same time to melt. The first time I made this I melted the chocolate first and then added the cream. Mistake. The chocolate seized and it was not pretty. It worked beautifully when I put them in together and heated them together.
