Wow - very easy to make and incredibly delicious!
I did not know that roasting peppers yourself can be that easy and makes such a difference. Since I did not find any watercress I used arugula instead.

Delicious topping but not sure about the dough base. Maybe my chickpea flour was rancid or I'm just not into it. However, I will definitely use the onion-tomato topping for a regular pizza again.
