| VERY quick, low fat and economical. I halved the recipe for the first batch to be sure I liked it. I LOVED it. |

| Just imagine getting your children to willingly eat cauliflower and you'll see the magic that is Caulipots.
Just imagine eating mashed potatoes sans guilt AND cholesterol! |

| Next time I'd halve the quantity of rosemary as it overpowered with 2 teaspoons of it. The suggestion is to top it with a dollop of cranberry sauce and I can sure see that would be reminiscent of the way I eat Indian food, with a sort of chutney on the side to balance out the flavors.
Recipe is easily halved, and freezes well. Since I live alone, this works for me. I make a half batch, put half away for a rainy day and I'm golden. |
| REALLY good! Make this NAOW! |
| Very quick and easy, filling and inexpensive. I should make this more often. |
