	Crispy Braised Chicken Thighs with Olives, Lemon, and Fennel From: Ad Hoc at Home (reviewed 16th January 2011) I served this for some company yesterday, and even my husband, who doesn't ordinarily like chicken, loved it. I made it the evening before and then put it in the oven the next day to heat, and then broiled and served it. The flavors were so delicious!
