I liked the ratio of cake to berries.I used fresh raspberries and frozen blueberries and blackberries. I did adjust for high altitude. read more >

Crunchy Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Loved this banana bread,made it in 6 small bundt pans,easier to freeze that way. Very moist,I also added the chopped peanuts.

Honey Banana Poppy Seed Bread
