About me: I collect cookbooks and love to cook and try new recipes. I tested recipes for Leite's Culinaria for almost eight years. I learned to cook from many good southern cooks including my Mom, Dad, several Aunts and my Grandmothers. My children and husband also like to cook and try new foods and recipes. My son still lives with us but our daughter is married. She often visits to cook with me. We are adventuresome eaters willing to try new things.

This is a quick and easy work night supper recipe. Delicious as well. I couldn't find the thick shredded Mexican cheese called for but it was still amazing. I could only find a big can of enchilada sauce and my son says he likes them saucier so I just used the whole can.

Loved this stroganoff. Fairly quick and easy for a work night supper. Loved the mushrooms in this. The beef broth and brown gravy as well as the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream lend loads of flavor to this dish.

I made this for my husband and myself. We loved it. I know I'll be making it again. I used to make stuffed cabbage rolls quiet often when we were first married and hubs loved them. He said this soup was as good as he remembered those rolls being and easier to eat. I made cornbread to go with.

I made a half recipe of these using my slow cooker NC pulled pork for daughter and I and we loved them. I'd definitely make these again. Next time I'd make a whole recipe of the white sauce though since it's amazing.

We really enjoyed this one. Son was a bit sceptical when he saw it had cream of mushroom soup, along with ground beef and cheddar cheese but he decided he liked it after he took a bite.
