About me: I collect cookbooks and love to cook and try new recipes. I enjoy testing recipes for Leite's Culinaria. I learned to cook from many good southern cooks including my Mom, Dad, several Aunts and my Grandmothers. My children and husband also like to cook and try new foods and recipes. My son still lives with us but our daughter is married. She often visits to cook with me. We are adventuresome eaters willing to try new things.

Mongolian Beef from My Recipes America's Favorite Food 200 top-rated recipes form the country's best magazines

We love takeout Mongolian beef but son doesn't care for the green peppers they put in it. This recipe was better in our opinion since it uses green onions instead of the pepper. It was easy to put together... read more >
