Banana Pudding Filled Cupcakes : page 73
While these were very good didn't enjoy them as much as I do banana pudding. They were hard to eat but still delicious.

Beer-Marinated Chicken Drumsticks : page 45
Think beer can chicken without the can. The chicken is marinated in spices and beer for at least 8 hours. I did mine a bit longer than that. Marinade is then discarded and the chicken is grilled. Delicious! I threw in a couple thighs as well as the legs.

BLT Macaroni Salad : page 34
Delicious take on the BLT. Macaroni, bacon, grape tomatoes, I used multi-colored cherry ones, romaine lettuce, sour cream, mayo, spices and vinegar.

Broccoli Salad with Bacon and Pecans : page 34
Good broccoli salad that you can make ahead and store in fridge. I used a Fuji apple instead of red delicious and I couldn't find smoked cheddar. Had planned to add a drop of liquid smoke but was out.

Root Beer Baked Beans : page 34
While these were good they were not our favorite way to make baked beans but glad we tried them. They look amazing in the photo in the magazine and mine look appetizing as well. Not that fond of the root beer though.
