These collards were delicious and so easy. We get such lovely fresh collards this time of year I bought whole leaves and chopped my own instead of getting the already chopped ones in a bag. I did make a half recipe since I didn't need two pounds for just the three of us. I also used homemade chicken broth instead of canned since I almost always have some in my freezer.
