I have gone low-carb in 2010, so that's different recipes to explore again. There are some wonderful original ideas here, great twists on everyday ingredients. Or would you combine rhubarb and mackerel? She does, and it tastes great.
There are also a couple of recipes that you won't make that easily (anybody want to learn how to skin a pheasant?).
