About me: I love cooking, I love eating, I love discovering new recipes. I have so many cookbooks I sometimes lose track of which recipe is where - though this site helps a bit. I have gone low-carb in 2010, so that's different recipes to explore again. A nice idea, but still needs a lot of tweaking. Less salt, more juniper, more shallots. And how much is a bunch of kale?

Simple but very good. Made it with Belgian endives. Although I thought the amount of olive oil in the recipe was a bit over the top, it does need enough oil, and salt.
