| Beautifully balanced combination of orange and chocolate flavours with a lovely moist texture. I was able to cut the cooking/prep time down dramatically by using my Tefal pressure cooker to boil the oranges (15 mins of cooking rather than 2 hours of boiling!). The cake also works as a dessert served warm with some good quality vanilla ice cream.

| A lovely aromatic chilli topped with a nutty, cheesy layer of baked cornbread. The 'secret weapon' here is the addition of cocoa to the chilli. Fantastic served with lashings of sour cream.

| The perfect mild chicken curry. Best eaten reheated the next day, allowing flavours to meld and deepen. Sprinkle with some toasted flaked almonds prior to serving. This has become one of my favourite home-made curries. Just gorgeous!
