Broccoli Mushroom Noodle Casserole : page 107

A delicious casserole filled with wonderful things. This was prepared for our cookbook club. It apparently prepares a huge amount of food! I agree with other reviewers that it wouldn't hurt if some spices were amped up a bit.

Moosewood Fudge Brownies : page 192

A very decent brownie with excellent chocolate flavor. It was a bit cakey - in between cake and fudgie. Probably this is because of the 5 eggs. The other thing I noticed was that there was no shiny crust on top. I understand that the crust comes from using white sugar, and sure enough, this recipe uses brown sugar.

There is nothing wrong with this recipe. It was super flavorful.

Pound Cake : page 200

A rich and perfect pound cake. Any recipe starting with 1 lb of butter is likely to be as delicious as it is fattening. This delightful dish was prepared for our cookbook club.
