This recipe makes only four biscuits but they are large! These were really good flavor wise. I might have over worked the dough a bit because I felt they were the tiniest bit dense (even though I did get good rise). The egg wash on top makes for a really beautiful biscuit! Take into account the 30 minute rest (in the fridge) when making these.
