This was fantastic! I followed the recipe closely, however I did add the tomatoes and onion to the hot pan, after removing the cooked chicken, for a quick saute. Also I did not have basil but I had pesto, so I dumped the sauteed onions and tomatoes into a bowl with the pesto and gave it a good stir before adding to the chicken thighs.
