Great quick and delicious week-night supper. The yogurt -caper sauce is 5 minutes in the making and the salmon bakes in about 10-15 minutes. I cooked mine 12 minutes and that was perfect for us.

Served with jasmine rice and a salad of chopped romaine, clementine sections, and Marcona almonds -- vinaigrette of OJ, sherry vinegar, honey mustard, buckwheat honey, and EVOO.
