Wonderful stuff! A rich, tangy cream topping made of lightly sweetened mascarpone cheese and crème fraîche that’s quite versatile as well…can be baked, as it was in this galette, without losing its creamy consistency, and is excellent served as is with fresh fruit, puddings, pies or plain cakes……just about anywhere you would use whipped cream.
