The one-star rating is for the dish as a whole. But the cherry tomato sauce on its own would merit 4-5 stars.

Let me preface this by saying how much I love love love arugula -- it is just about the only salad lettuce in my house. But this puree was just awful. No one in my family had a good word to say about it. However, the cherry tomato sauce was a delight. Simple (saute a little garlic in EVOO and then take it out and saute the tomatoes in the oil for 15-20 minutes until the tomatoes break down a bit) and a sauce that let's the tomato take center stage. Could not be easier and if your tomatoes taste great before you cook them (as my Costco tomatoes did), they will make a sublime sauce.

Note: Although the recipe didn't call for it, I did put the sauce through the food mill after cooking but it is not necessary -- I just wanted smoother texture.
