Whoa - what a way to sexy up vanilla! Hardly a recipe, but genius none-the-less. Vanilla ice cream receives a drizzle of olive oil, a generous dose of lemon zest, and a sprinkling of flaky sea salt.

I was skeptical, but it tasted so unlike vanilla ice cream. It was amazing.
