I requested my daughter make this one for my birthday recently. It was very good but just a bit dry. The recipe calls for either whole wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour. I'm wondering if using the pastry flour would have been better. It has nonfat yogurt in the cake as well as a little butter and canola oil. It does keep in the fridge and seemed to get a bit moister as it sit. The icing is great and not overly sweet. I like the hint of coffee in both the cake and the icing.
