This makes a rather large meatloaf so you can have meatloaf sandwiches after the first meal. The meats this one calls for are veal, beef and pork. Since my daughter doesn't eat red meat and veal is hard to find here anyway I used turkey and pork. Although this is good we didn't really care for the garlic sauce even though we all love garlic.
