This is simple and DELICIOUS! Even though I used dried chickpeas my "dough" was a little wet, but surprisingly only a couple crumbled in the oil. They came out crispy on the outside and creamy (but cooked!) on the inside. Make sure your oil is at 375 and that you DRY all ingredients before you process.
