Has anyone tried this recipe? It looks promising, but I'm wondering about the cooking time.
The ingredients include lentils and basmati, added at the same time, cooked for 25min. That's good for rice, but lentils usually take more like 45min or more.
Will this end up with crunchy lentils? Or, does she really mean red lentils?
