This is a fine slow cooker soup recipe. You can churn it out with about 25 minutes in the morning, and come home to a fine soup. Its better than something out of a can (though I did use canned chickpeas), but it was not amazing. It is adaptable, I added carrots and sweet potatoes, so its also useful for cleaning out your refrigerator.
