Potentially great - but I can only comment on the chicken as I did not prepare the salsa. I wanted to make this because I have fresh tarragon in my garden. The flavor was very mild in the chicken (some placed under the skin and more in the cavity). Nevertheless, the chicken came out moist and deliciousl
