I NEVER make bread and almost never bake period. I have an irrational fear of screwing up pretty much any kind of dough. BUT ... I love chickpeas in almost anything so .... I forged ahead.

And this turned out to be pretty much fool-proof -- the hardest part was mashing the chickpeas. Makes six balls of dough and four went in the freezer for later this summer,
