Very nice start to our dinner tonight -- artichoke topping is light and yet full of flavor (lemony garlicky basil-y flavor). Takes 10 minutes (start to finish) to make this topping.

The article in which this recipe appears has several bruschetta toppings, a few of which (although not this one) are available at the Cook's Illustrated website.
