I strayed a little from this recipe but I'm sure they would be just as good as written. First, I made them gluten free using my favorite the gf flour blend from the Huckleberry cookbook (Zoe Nathan). Second, I used greek yogurt instead of sour cream - no big deal, these still came out delicious. Very moist and almost fall apart tender (probably due to the GF flour).
