These could be the best chocolate chip cookies I have made in a good while. Terrific flavor from the rye and caraway, chewy inside, with crisp edges - a delicious chocolate chip cookie for grown-ups (tho the kids love them too). I used TJ's 85% Dark Chocolate Bar.
