Fianlly!! A pork recipe that tastes as good as it sounds...maybe even better! This dish got rave reviews at a dinner party last night. It was very low-labour....I had all the ingredients on hand, so I didn't even have to step out to the grocery store.
The Truffle-Nut Vinaigrette was an unusual touch and a delicious one. Heady, earthy, spicy, sweet, salty, sour...mmmm.... a wonderful marriage of flavours.
And no dried out pork!!
As the author says "...the flavor is so intense you will be blown away. It's worth it." He's right!!
