Delicious and easy ... and if you have cardamom pods, crushing the seeds and using them instead of using previously ground cardamom is highly recommended. This recipe would have received a higher rating were it not for the saltiness of the spice mix. The recipe called for 2 tsp. each of fennel seed and kosher salt (and 1/4 tsp. pepper) and I think the salt could easily have been halved without harming...
