Not everybody would like this amount of garlic in their breakfast/brunch/lunch. I really liked it though. Hearty, nutty, and fragrant. And of course you could make it without garlic as well.

A lovely frittata variation. It looked like the picture in the book, too. I served this with a green salad with an olive oil vinaigrette. This was not a good idea - the olive flavors reinforced each other too much. Next time I want a salad with neutral...
