Unless you are a real connoisseur of swordfish, I'd say the compote (tomatoes, roasted peppers, sauteed leeks and zucchini, golden raisins plumped in white wine, toasted pine nuts, garlic, balsamic vinegar, EVOO, and basil, S&P) is the show here....
