Quite nice, pretty quick, nothing special. We prepared this with Dover sole, and of course you cannot go wrong with that - though it wasn't as good as Dover sole with Marsala.

I liked the idea, but it was just plain boring. I used the whole can of tomatoes (400 instead of 250g), added another 5 dried apricots and at least another teaspoon caraway, and yet there was just nothing going on there... It definitely needs a few extra...
