A standard recipe though the use of cornflour to replace some of the SR flour isn't something I've tried before. I made this for a charity cake sale and it went very fast, so I didn't have the chance to try it myself, but those who did said it was excellent...

I've no idea whether these turned out the way authentic snickerdoodles are meant to; a quick google suggests they should be soft in the middle, whereas mine are definitely not - they're more like shortbread. But delicious, so I'm not complaining.
