Good stuff and easy. Our bakje of sauerkraut got mashed in the sack and lost all its liquid, so there was no gravy. I forgot to add sliced apple to the pot, so I sautéed that (peeled) later and stirred it into the sauerkraut. All good.

First of all, a good way to cook beans. Used my new, used, larger Romertopf. Soaked the beans in the pot overnight, then cooked them with salt two hours and a bit in the oven, with a one-time stir. Perfectly done. To serve, the beans are mixed with...
