Excellent rye bread. The dough takes a bit of time to come together, even tho I knead it in a large Kitchenaid. The instructions are quite good and the resulting bread has a good crust and slices beautifully. I like it best sliced very thin. Has good...

Steamed Salmon with Warm Lemon Vinaigrette reviewed by kateq

This is very simple to prepare and quite delicious. I warmed the vinaigrette in a small bowl in the microwave while the fish steamed over the rice I was making. In short order, a quite nice meal was ready, with very little clean up after.
