Cranberry Upside-Down Cake from The Art of Simple Food: Notes, Lessons, and Recipes from a Delicious Revolution

This cake is wonderful. I actually had my doubts that the fresh cranberries and orange juice might not work and that the cake would be too soft to stand up to the fruit and caramel. It works beautifully... read more >
