Apple + Toasted Oat Muffins from Small Victories: Recipes, Advice + Hundreds of Ideas for Home Cooking Triumphs

These are such nice muffins. I subbed canola oil for butter and was generous with apple and raisins. Otherwise followed the recipe, and loved the results. read more >
