Simply delicious! I used colatura instead of anchovies and skipped the breadcrumbs. Otherwise, as written. Amazingly flavorful and so easy. Good hot or room temp.

While this says it's a side I decided to make a half recipe and serve it as my lunch. I used two small fingerling sweet potatoes cut into the size slices suggested. Starts on top of the stove and finishes in the oven. I did mine in a cast iron skillet....

I made a half recipe of this one for my daughter and I. We really enjoyed this one. It was almost as good as the collard and kimchi combination from Smoke & Pickles.
