Thinly Sliced Beef with Rice Cakes reviewed by southerncooker

This was the hit with our Korean meal for hubs supper. I got the butcher to very thinly slice some rib eye for this dish. Delicious served with spicy kimchi and spicy quick pickled cucumbers from the Dok Suni Korean Cookbook. (I've made this before.)...
