These were delish but I wanted (I always want) a slightly gooey-er/chewier cookie. I did add a bit more lemon juice and zest and really enjoyed the flavor. I haven't baked them all yet but will try taking them out a little sooner for a chewier cookie.

We made this a while ago, so I don't remember everything, but I think the gist was that it was nice but a little bland. We also thought this might work better with a white fish instead of salmon.

My daughter and I loved this. It's loaded with fall flavors, cranberries, almonds, apples. The dressing was great too - Greek yogurt, mayo, apple cider vinegar. I will be making this one again.
