The gravy wasn't as spicy as I expected since you use a habanero in the tomato gravy. This was delicious and I served it as suggested with green beans and mashed potatoes. My family enjoyed it too.

This is an easy meal to make or as a side. It's actually listed in the breakfast section but I made it for a light supper. I cooked my potatoes and carrots just before doing my onions and andouille sausage. This would be a great use of leftover potatoes...
