Grilled Salmon Bundles with Saffron, Tomatoes and Olives reviewed by aj12754

A "couldn't be simpler" summer main course. Salmon is "bundled" with tomatoes and olives in some heavy duty foil and placed on a hot grill for about 8 minutes. Result is a very tasty (and perfectly cooked) piece of fish. Nice for casual entertaining...
